Shipping and Return Policy

1) Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes! We accept returns for all items that are not marked FINAL SALE with exception to flaws in workmanship that are found.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item that you purchased that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact we will fully refund. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at info@zalearose.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny any refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 30 days of when item was delivered to you. 

2) Do you cover return shipping costs?

No. To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Zalea Rose LLC does not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

3) What is your refund process?

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags must be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and then your payment will be automatically applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund!

4) What is your shipping process like?

We ship orders out within 2-3 business days and all orders over $75 are free USA shipping! Expedited shipping is $19.99 and regular shipping is $4.99 if your order weighs less than 1 pound. If your order weighs 1-3 pounds, then USA shipping is $7.99. If you have a larger order over 5 pounds shipping will be $19.99. We mail through USPS to give you the best possible shipping rate we can!
